My love for pasta is one of my earliest memories and it has been a stable companion throughout all of my life.

With Italian and British heritage, I’ve always been drawn to Italian cuisine and its simplicity and the care for finding the best quality ingredients and portraying them in the best possible way.

Having perfected the way of making fresh pasta, I want to share these techniques with you, so that you can find the same beauty in its simplicity too.

  • I’ve done classes and courses to hone my craft. But ultimately, practise makes perfect. Spending time kneading dough, making shapes, knowing your equipment, in the kitchen is where I have learnt.

  • For me, it’s about putting a smile on people’s face with food. Food is the great equaliser. We all have to eat. It is what brings us together.

  • Pasta is humble. So simple, yet versatile. Hundreds of shapes, hundreds of sauces give you infinite combinations.

    A perfect starting point to create incredible dishes full of flavour, texture and vibrancy.
