Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden | Pasta Basics Workshop

An afternoon of pasta making from scratch. At this workshop you’ll learn how to make and knead pasta dough, how to cook a traditional sauce and how to make up to eleven different pasta shapes by hand.
You’ll then take home all of the pasta you make, plus a pot of the freshly made pasta sauce and cooking instructions.
