Everything is prepped, packaged and brought to you fresh. A chef will set up and cook to order and serve up "family style" so everyone gets a chance to help themselves and try each dish.
All cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery will be provided and at the end of the evening, you will have a clean kitchen with no washing up to do.

The freshest pasta you'll ever have, made right in front of you.
A chef will set up and make all pasta and sauces right there, people can ask questions, help taste test and enjoy watching the process, seeing exactly what goes into crafting the meal. All food is served as tasting portions, allowing everyone to have a small individual portion of each dish. Sides will be served “family style“ to the table

A fully interactive experience of creating and eating a 5 course meal from scratch. Equipment will be brought and set up so that everyone can get involved in making a component of the dinner. Including kneading a portion of dough, rolling out pasta sheets, cutting tagliatelle and parpadelle, shaping pasta by hand, using a cavatelli machine, cooking browned butter, making pomodoro sauce and much, much, more.

Perfect for any type of outdoor event catering. Garden party, wedding evening guest catering. Sports screenings, outdoor games and competitions or artisan markets.
Set up requires a 3m x 3m space on flat ground, but is fully mobile and can be set up where needed.
